How long does the verification process take?
Once you upload your wine license and KYC documents, our regional compliance team typically reviews them within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a notification once your shop is approved.
Can I manage multiple shops from one account?
Yes, Wine Man supports multi-establishment management. You can add multiple shops under one owner profile and toggle between them in the dashboard. Each shop maintains independent stock and billing.
What happens after my trial ends?
After the 30-day trial, your account will enter a read-only mode until a subscription plan is selected. All your data remains safe and will be fully accessible as soon as you recharge.
Do I need a barcode scanner to use Wine Man?
While not mandatory, we highly recommend using a barcode scanner for "Quick Scan" mode to maximize sales throughput. The platform also supports manual entry and search for all transactions.
How secure is my financial data?
We use enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption for all sensitive data. Your sales records and transaction history are encrypted and backed up daily off-site. We never store raw payment credentials.
